Common questions

Are these real nature recordings?

Some are, such as the ocean waves and the Petrohué waterfalls recorded in the south of Chile. When a sound was recorded on location, the title says so.

Which nature sound helps most with tinnitus?

Steady sounds with a wide range of frequencies, like rain, waterfalls and rivers, usually cover ringing best. Try a few at a low volume and keep the one that feels most comfortable.
